I have been deep in Spring tablescape planning lately.

Easter is early this year and it lands right around the same time as the Masters golf tournament. Rather than creating two completely different setups, I decided to see how far I could stretch one idea.

The result is a table that can flex to work for both.

My goal is always to create the kind of table where people feel comfortable pouring another glass, staying longer than planned and not being afraid to make a bit of a mess. It also needs to be quick to clear off for a game of cards.

Easter brings all the pastel wonders you would expect alongside the most fun carrot candles I ever saw (a Target find!). I saw the carrots-in-the-flower-arrangement at a friends baby shower last year and mentally filed it away as a fun thing to try…. so let’s see how it goes putting it all together!

The Masters is very luckily a yellow and green theme too, and I can dust off the flag and faux grass once more!

The golf platter I got on major sale and most of the food will be my version of the classics served each year at the Masters itself. I already have the flag and faux grass from last year, so the new attempt is the golf ball flowers.
