02-26: Try
Draw one continuous line.
Set a timer for 5-8 minutes.
Take a pen or pencil and draw without lifting it from the page.
Let the line loop, cross over itself, double back, and wander.
Don’t plan a shape.
Don’t aim for anything finished.
If it looks like a knot, a map, or nothing at all…perfect.
When you’re done, stop. Don’t correct it.
This is the same kind of movement I return to when I’m working through ideas in the studio — repetition, rhythm, letting the hand lead before the head gets involved.
Fold the page. Keep it. Or pass it on.
